As a brand-new day camp, we are so excited to build our team from the ground up! At Holiday Mountain Day Camp, we’re creating something special- not just for our campers, but for our staff too. Our camp culture is rooted in fun, teamwork, kindness, and respect, and we believe that when staff feel supported and valued, it makes camp better for everyone.

Even though the camp is new, we’re part of Holiday Mountain Ski Area, which has been running year-round for the past two seasons with a dedicated full-time team. Our staff love working here because voices are heard, ideas are welcomed, and supervisors are always close by to give guidance, feedback, and support. You’re never on your own- we work together and lift each other up.
