FAQ’s

Q: Where is the camp located?
A: Holiday Mountain Day camp is located at Holiday Mountain Ski Area conveniently less than half a mile off highway Route 17.

Q: What should my camper bring to camp?
A: Campers should bring a backpack or any bag they are able to close with bug spray, sunscreen, a bathing suit, a beach/swim towel, slip on shoes for the pool, and a water bottle.

– Please label all items with your campers first and last name.

– Please do not bring expensive items like jewelry or electronic devices.

Q: Are campers allowed to have cellphones?
A: The short answer is no, but here is why: the whole point of camp is to get outside, play sports and different activities, socialize with other campers, and ultimately enjoy and embrace the authentic day camp experience.

– If a camper needs to get a hold of a parent or guardian and vice versa, our main office staff will be able to call the parent/guardians.

– We will also have a full-time photographer who will be taking photos of campers during sports and activities to share with parents/families on a daily basis.

Q: What do you do at camp when it rains?
A: We have several buildings that are equipped for indoor sports and activities on rainy days to keep the campers active and having fun, despite the weather.
